Is this a weird dream?

Now I had this dream like 3 years back and I'm still confused at what it means.it's no big deal but it's unusual.

I remember looking at myself in the mirror and my eyes were RED exactly like the 'La Magra' blood god of Blade part 1(after the spirits of the 12 enetred Deacon Frost)

Anyway what is funny is that though I could see my reflection in full colour,my eyes were red like that guy's.Is this a bad omen?I really fear demons and stuff...I'm a Christian and not into the occult or anything wicked but i do love horrors.Is this a manifestation of too much horror watching or is it something else?

I also reememeber that while I looked at myself in the mirror I felt such a bad ass...I was really happy in a wicked way...I don't know what this means

Had you been watching any Blade movies around the time you had the dream? Could have been a "side effect" of the movies.

Some horror movies do have occult or demonic influences attached to them, and others have a "pro-occult" message. So, it is possible to pick up occult "virus" basically from watching, readying or playing the wrong stuff.

A part of you likes "flirting with the dark side." That is why you felt like such a bad ***, happy in a wicked way. It could also be the evil one teasing you, saying, "You think YOU'RE in control here, I'm really the one making some of your choices here." So.... he's posing as YOU letting YOU think you are doing the "driving" but he may have more influence over you than you think.

Some horror or thriller books and movies are actually a "shock response" to the evil in the world. Dean Koontz, for instance, expresses horror at how evil the world has become, and looks for hope in the middle of the chaos. You can actually see his spiritual progress from questioner (possibly agnostic) to believer if you read several of his books in the order they were written, starting with some of his early ones and moving on to the Frankenstein trilogy (of which only 2 are written, and I believe to actually have been prophetic of hurricane Katrina. Which is why he never has finished the trilogy!)

His "Odd Thomas" books (4 of them now) are a great way to get started with his books. There were written over a span of several years, and the progression is quite evident over the course of these books. The most recent came out just last week and I can't wait til my copy comes in the mail.

Charles Williams' books are filled with grotesque imagery, but are portrayals or spiritual realities. He was a pal of C.S. Lewis & Tolkien. I've read only part of one of his books. They kind of turned my stomach. (But, Koontz can do that, too.)

I'm curious about the Blade series, and Anne Rice's vampire books. What message are they actually sending. WHO do the vampires represent (from our modern culture?)

When you think about the fact that there are actually people who consider themselves to be vampires and actually drink people's blood, you know there have to be occult influences attached to much of the popular vampire books and movies out these days. Anything that romanticizes evil is from the evil one, the destroyer of souls.

Be very prayerful how you choose what to feed your heart and mind. Make sure you fill your heart and mind with MUCH that is true, wholesome, pure, good..... you sure don't need to be pouring "horror" into a spiritual vacuum.
