Any help with my driver?
I Have the taylormade tour burner. It has a low deeg cg for higher flight and super high launch angle. I want a low penetrating flight but I can't get a new "tour" driver because my father said no. So if I get a shaft like a Mitsubishi diamana whiteboard with a very low launch angle and low trajectory, would that cancel out the high launch angle?
Lso because of the first jackass to answer I'm 14 years of age.
Well Sam , it would help to know 1. what loft you have and 2. which shaft you are currently using and as well , how you are actually swinging the driver. So without that info , it is virtually impossible to give you a recommendation. However , the shaft is the determining factor in trajectory - at your age though, a dimana shaft is a waste of money. There are plenty of good shafts in the 50-75 dollar price range - you can experiment with either stiff or X flex if you really want to hit it lower , but ultimately maximum driver distance is attained with a launch angle of 11 or 12 degrees and a spin rate between 2000 - 2500 rpm.
