How can you tell someone forged a doctors prescription?
I was told the blue background makes the pads difficult to forge, is that true? I have an employee who turned in an excused absence on a white background prescription pad and I have no recourse but to accept it (excessive excused absenteeism). What should I look for on the pad to determine if the prescription pad is forged?
You can't do anything, even if you suspect the prescription was forged, unless the surgery confirms it did not issue one.
Then you have evidence with which to confront him.
