what gloves are better for a center full finger or half-cut?
this is my second year playing center and i broke all four of my fingers on my snaping hand and i wanted to know whats better for snaping and which give better support for my knuckles and protecion
I played center in college. I would tell you none, but I read you broke your fingers, and if you have to wear a glove get the half fingers and modify it. (Cut it back some) The reason for this is that you need as much of your natural plam on the ball as possible. From my experience nothing gives you as good a grip as your natural palm. That leather or fabric will get sweaty and slick. Think about trying to snap shotgun with slick hands?????
Heres a tip. I would keep a bottle of powder on the sideline and sprinkle it on my pants (upper legs) when I'd hit the side line. This allowed me to run my hands across them and keep them drier. IMPORTANT: NEVER USE THE MEDICATED POWDERS, they get slick, best luck is stick with cornstarch based stuff.
