I am planning surprise 50th birthday party for my boyfriend and I need ideas. He is Italian so I would like?
to have his party at a nice Italian restuarant in Westchester NY. I don't really know how to contact all of his friends but I plan to talk to one of the wives at a Memorial Day party we are attending this weekend. I need ideas to surprise him and to mnake his day wonderful. I would appreciate surprise party ideas

P.S. Should I have a party theme at the restaurant too? He loves riding his Harley and he also plays golf.
If he enjoys golf, why not have the surprise party at a golf course clubhouse/restaurant? Have one of his friends offer to take him golfing for his birthday and then have them stop for a drink afterwards in the restaurant where everyone would be waiting. If they played a round in the afternoon, they'd be done in time for the party to start around 6:30 or 7pm.
Since you wanted to incorporate some kind of Italian food, ask the clubhouse if they will allow you to bring in Italian pastries for dessert.
