Does this sound like a tacky outfit?
A navy beret, a navy and white striped shirt (longsleeves), a white wrap type scarf with fringe, white trousers (womens), and a pair of Doc Martens.
I'm into British and French fashion.
I don't like jeans and I always wear my hair down. I have a bob cut (old type-'70s, but it also has layers).
No, it doesn't sound tacky to me, though I obviously can't see how it actually looks. 
But it sounds like something I would wear!
