How much could I expect to pay for prescription polarized Oakley sunglasses that normally cost $100-150?
Would it be wise to bring normal Oakley frames to say, Walmart, and have them put prescription sunglasses lenses in themselves? How much cheaper would it be and would it come out okay?

I'd agree with the other posters that the real point of Oakley and they're real selling point is their combination of clarity and strength. Sure you can get sunglasses with more clarity, but they shatter on impact, You can also get lenses that are stronger, but... they offer far worse optical clarity (often resulting in headaches).
If you REALLY like the Oakley frames, but cannot afford or due to prescription restrictions, cannot do an Oakley lens, you will need to go to a eyewear shop that has a cutting facility on site. WalMart does not. And, as far as I know, Walmart will not accept outside frames. Oakley's have a very unique curvature and most places cannot match the curvature when they cut a lens.
I believe, the last I heard was that Oakley does not have prescription lenses availalbe for greater than -4.00 for most models. This is the last list I saw:
