is it always possible when a natural truth is present, it super seeds all the given condition of that argument?
is it always possible when a natural truth is present, it super seeds all the given condition of that argument and by itself represents the truth....do u have any example ...an easy one to understand
It's not clear what you mean by "natural truth," or by "the given condition of that argument," so this is a difficult question to answer.
In argument, especially legalistic argument, proven facts *always* supercede assertions (which are statements made without substantiation).
So, for example, imagine that Side A is arguing that the sky is blue. They produce a color chart, made by a well-known artist-paint company, with 1000 named color-chips on it, which includes many shades of blue. They then hold the color chart up near the window, so everyone present can compare the sky-color seen through the glass to the matching shade or shades on the color chart. It just so happens that the sky that morning matches most closely the color called "Medium cerulean blue" on Side A's chart.
Side B is arguing that the sky is gray. They point out that it rained earlier that morning, and "everyone knows" that the sky is always gray when it's rainy. But beyond this, they present to the group nothing at all to support their argument -- no witnesses, no documentation, no experts, nothing.
So, Side A "wins" the argument, because they proved a major fact of their claim with "documentation" (the color chart with commonly-recognizable names for colors), while Side B had only assertions, but no factual proof to back up those assertions.
The *real* problems with arguments begin when one or both sides start presenting other people's *opinions* as facts to support their case(s) ....
So -- does this help you at all?
