I had very sharp pain in my right shoulder which went down to my arm, hand and one finger. any ideas?
That day I had an exam which I noticed I was finding it difficult to write. Its now been a few days and the pain still comes now and again in my right shoulder but not as sharp and the arm and hand aches. One of my fingers feel stiff but I have sense of feeling in the arm and hand.
I have not hurt myself or inured my arm in any way.
Should I rest the arm?
i had a similar problem and it was due to a pinched nerve. you may not think you hurt yourself but even a little strain can cause inflammation and lead to this sort of thing. try to rest it and don't move around too fast. if it persists or gets worse go to the doc. it's not hard to hurt yourself without realizing that you did it.
